BIrthday goodies

Yesterday, I received a package from my parents for my birthday. Inside were quite possibly the greatest birthday gifts received yet: a harmonica, a 3 lb bag of pistachios, and some homemade cookies. Yes, I know that this assortment of gifts seems rather ordinary yet inexplicably they made a great day all the better! Perhaps it was the practicality of it all; I've been tending more and more pragmatic as of late. More likely is the affection and love the gift represented.
